- The Dongfang Scholarship encourage deserving students to attain their education goals and strength Dongfang’s mission.
- Name for each year scholarship: each year will honored with person’s name, who can be the important culture figures, or significant contributor to the school, or the major sponsor for school program. The board should approve the name of each year’s scholarship, which proposed by administration team.
- the criteria of scholarship:
-Excellent academic achievement according to curriculum.
-Participation in school activities.
-Leadership.
- Scholarship committee will include the representatives from teacher, parent and school administration team. The committee selects the scholarship recipient each year.
- Nondiscriminatory: the committee member can not vote on their own children or relatives.
