Liu Laoshi graduated in Normal school in Guangdong province. 2002 and 2006 obtained the BC degree of English major. From 1997, she has been working in a top elementary school to teach Chinese with 14 years experience on Chinese language learning and children education. She deeply understands the specialty of young age children. Her teaching is combing study and enjoyable activities so students are exposing many culture elements. She know the motivation is very important in this age learning, so each student has to be recognized and freely express their own characters. From pinyin, new word to sentence, to essay, students have to grow step by step. Her teaching philosophy is: education beginning from the hearts of teachers. A teacher should love students fully and can pick each detail change within students quickly. Teacher’s love may transit to children’s love—their feeling for Chinese learning , daily studying and appreciation on Chinese culture.

1997年，刘老师毕业于广东新会师范学校，2002年，获得广东省外语外贸大学的英语专业学位，2006年，获得五邑大学的英语本科学位。1997年至今，在广东省一级重点小学江门市紫茶小学担任中文老师，有十三年丰富的中文教学经验和儿童教育经验。了解小学生独特的心理特点，精心设计教学步骤，善于运用多种生动有趣的教学方法，活跃课堂气氛，注重师生互动，向学生一点一滴渗透中华的文化，让学生在快乐中学习，在学习中成长，对中文产生浓厚的兴趣，激发学生进一步了解中华文化的欲望。因材施教，善于激励，发掘学生的闪光点，让学生张扬个性，建立学习中文的信心，让学生从拼音、生字的认识，到句子的表达、运用和文章的创作，一步一步地飞跃，从小打下坚实的中文基础。教学宗旨：教育要从“心”开始——教师要捕捉儿童的心理，对孩子充满爱，才能让孩子心中充满爱，爱老师，爱学习，爱上中华的文化。
